Ken Sherman is a native New Yorker who moved to Minneapolis in 1974.  A competitive body builder, he opened the Olympia Gym in 1979.  After a stint as gym owner and contest promoter he moved on to the food business before settling into commercial real estate in 1986.

Beginning as a leasing agent, over time he was able to move into ownership roles with several downtown buildings, restaurants, and a hotel in the suburbs.  Through hard work he has grown his company so that The Sherman Group now manages and leases about 2,000,000 square feet.

Ken works out incessantly and considers that his hobby.  He is a type A personality who likes to have fun and is most comfortable doing deals.

Ken is currently launching a new fitness company — Coutour Technology, soon to be introducing products in the US and Canada.
