The Lumber Exchange Building is a historic real estate structure, built in 1895 and the first skyscraper in Minneapolis. Originally renovated and expanded in the early ‘90s, this commercial office space was recently updated in 2009. The building offers barrel vault ceilings, marble floors and antique light fixtures. There is an 11-story atrium that allows light to enter the interior.
