The Lumber Exchange Building is a historic real estate structure, built in 1895 and the first skyscraper in Minneapolis. Originally renovated and expanded in the early ‘90s, this commercial office space is being updated now. The building offers barrel vault ceilings, marble floors and antique light fixtures. There is an 11-story atrium that has been designed as an indoor park.
