Tenant Representation

Our approach to this aspect of the business is purely pragmatic. Since our primary business is as  Landlords we are acutely aware of market conditions as well as the intricacies of how to calculate the financial impact of occupied versus vacant space. This is more complicated than may seem, as the value of a Tenant paying an extremely low net rent and the expenses for a space, the impact of free rent on a balance sheet and the inertia generated by starting to fill a very vacant building are all variables that are different to each owner and lender.

We make it a point of being good listeners and indentifying the needs of the Tenant and than supplying all available options. Being that this is an ancilliary business we have no allegiance to other Landlords and are only satisfied when we are convinced we have delivered the absolute best deal for our client.
